Our Journey

From notes to Human-Computer Intelligence.

  1. 2023

    The beginning

    ReNote was founded with a simple belief: the way humans think and write should not change in the age of AI. We started with reusable notebooks and productivity templates designed to help people capture ideas more intentionally and sustainably.

  2. 2024

    Bridging paper and digital

    Our vision expanded beyond reusable notebooks. ReNote Scan App was launched, transforming handwritten notes into searchable digital knowledge and making information easier to organise, access, and share.

  3. 2025

    Building the intelligence layer

    We enhanced the ReNote AI platform to move from digitisation to understanding. Development began on GPT Pen — bringing real-time AI to handwriting and laying the foundation for a broader Human-Computer Intelligence ecosystem.

  4. 2026

    AI enters everyday workflows

    ReNote GPT Pen launched, enabling handwriting to sync seamlessly with AI-powered experiences. ReNote Glasses, ReNote Voice, and ReNote Notetaker entered pilot programs — extending ReNote's intelligence to visual understanding, voice interactions, and AI-powered meeting notes.

    The HCII ecosystem

    What began as a reusable notebook has evolved into an ecosystem of intelligent experiences. ReNote continues to build technologies that augment human capabilities across writing, vision, voice, and knowledge — where human senses meet AI.
