- confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on country and courier availability)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic (India): Free shipping
- International: Charges calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier link.
- You can also track your order through your ReNote AI account dashboard.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- ReNote AI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
